Abdominal exercises

In this post  i´m going to show you the right way to do abdominal exercises
Lie on your back with your knees bent, having someone hold your feet or placed under an unmovable object. Cross your arms over your chest with your hands over your shoulders






 Slowly pull your head and shoulders off the ground until you touch your thighs with your elbows. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat








 Lie on your back with your knees bent high your feet in close toward your hips. Your arms should be relaxed next to your sides
Slowly curl only your head and shoulders off the floor as shown (avoid trying to curl up too high). Slowly return to the starting position and repeat






                         

 



Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet held up in the air. Place your hands gently behind your head

Slowly pull your head and knees together until your elbows touch your thighs. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat






 



Lie on your back with your knees bent up high and your feet kept flat on the floor. Place your hands gently behind your head
Slowly pull on of your elbows up diagonally toward the opposite knee slowly return to the starting position and switch to the opposite side
